We take care of contracting all the ingredients of your tours, hence we cannot be held responsible for any acts of omission or commission of any other party or agents. Neither can we be held responsible for circumstances, beyond our control and arising out of natural calamities, airlines flight delays, strikes, breakdown in facilities, accidents etc however caused (Force Majeure vis Majeure).All arrangements for providing transport and other related services to the visitor or visitors are made by us as agents only. While exercising with best possible care and attention, neither this Company nor any person affiliated with it, is responsible or liable for any kind of Loss, Thefts, Injuries, Damage, Loss of Passport, Loss of Currencies or Traveller’s Cheques and Other Valuables items. Also any kind of delays in any nature, Public Disturbances, Strikes, Wars, Riots, Cyclone, Typhoon, Storm, Flood, Tsunami, Bandh and Terrorist Attack cannot be held responsible and liable directly or indirectly. Further for delay whether or not caused by an act or acts of any default of the Company or such persons affiliated with it which may happens during the tour and accept no responsibility for loss or additional expenses due to delays or changes in schedule or other services. Such loss or expenses shall be borne by passengers. However, we assure you of our best possible action and alternate arrangements at such hour to avoid the inconveniences to the valued clients.

Submission of Mandatory Documents for Applying Visa for the visiting U.A.E:

  • Passport Bio Data & Last Page: The first & last page in the applicant’s passport which has the Photo and other personal details in coloured photocopy.
  • Photograph: Each applicant needs to submit a clear colour photograph of them.
  • Documents which show you have investments of USD8000 or more, or local income tax papers which show you have an annual income of USD8000 or more.
  • In addition to the above, applicants have to submit an observation page in their passport (If Any) or the Child endorsed page (If any) in the Non Mandatory Documents field.
  • Applicants are also welcome to submit any documents in addition to the above if they feel the same will strengthen their case.

Day 01: Kolkata to Dubai

Assemble at Kolkata, Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Int’l Airport, New Terminal Building, 3 hours prior to departure of schedule flight. On arrival at airport get inside the terminal building through gate no: 4A & 5A complete the security check of checked in baggage, followed by the check-in formalities at the airline’s designated check-in counter and after completion check-in formalities and obtaining boarding pass kindly proceed for immigration counter to complete departure formalities followed by hand baggage and personal security check. After completion of all formalities, please proceed for the designated boarding gate and wait near the boarding gate for boarding announcement. After boarding announcement, to board Emirates Int’l flight EK-573 from Kolkata for Dubai, leaving Kolkata at 20:40 hrs and arriving at Dubai at 00:05 hrs next day. After take-off the flight, dinner will be served on board.

Day 02: Dubai to Mauritius

On arrival at Dubai Int’l Airport, proceed for security formalities to connect next flight to Port Louis, Mauriritus. After completing security formalities wait near the designated boarding gate. After the boarding announcement board flight Air Mauritius Int’l flight MK-911 from Dubai for Port Louis, leaving Dubai at 03:55 hrs and arriving at Port Louis at 10:30 hrs. On arrival at Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam Int’l Airport Mauritius proceed towards the Immigration Counter to complete formalities and then pick-up the checked-in baggage from the carousel and proceed towards green channel of the customs counter with customs declaration form duly filled-in in all respect. After clearing the customs, meet our representative at arrival hall and will transfer you to your hotel. On arrival at hotel, check-in and rest of the day is at leisure in the tropical paradise ambiences with white sandy beaches and swaying coconut trees. Lunch not included. Dinner at hotel/local restaurant.

Day 03: Mauritius (North Island Tour to Port Louis)

Drive to Port Louis for orientation tour of the capital including visiting to Pamplemousses – the Royal Botanical Gardens, Take a panoramic view of Port Louis city from Citadel & its surrounding area. Visit to Catholic Church, Mosque, High Court Building, Port Louis Theatre, French Colonial buildings. View the Champ de Mars Race Course, inaugurated in 1812. It is the oldest horseracing club in the South Hemisphere and one of the oldest in the world. Later proceed to Le Caudan/Port Louis Waterfront for enjoying shopping at 170 shops. After sightseeing and other activities return to hotel. Dinner at  hotel/local restaurant.

Day 04: Mauritius (Iie Aux Cerfs Island)

After breakfast proceed for full day excursion to the picturesque island of Ile Aux Cerfs, which is a perfect tropical place with dazzling white beaches fringed by the warm azure waters of the Indian Ocean. Take the opportunity to enjoy swimming in the crystal clear blue waters of Mauritius. Enjoy Sega Dance in the evening. Later return to hotel. Dinner at hotel/local restaurant.

Day 05: Mauritius (South Island Tour)

Breakfast at hotel. After breakfast enjoy full day excursion to South Island tour. After leaving hotel drive to Curepipe. Visit to Ship Model Factory. Shopping at duty free  hops in Floreal. View the scenic town of Curepipe & its surroundings area from the extinct  olcanic crater of Trou aux Cerfs. Drive to Grand Bassin (Ganga Talao) sacred lake and  iew the stunning 108 feet statue of “Mangal Mahadev”. Then proceed towards Plaine  hampagne & Black River Gorges nature park to Chamarel Village, enroute stopping at Chamarel, the unusual 7 coloured earth with volcanic rocks, the earths form beautiful platforms of colour in the exposed hillsides. View the startlingly beautiful Chamarel  aterfalls which emerge from the moors and primeval vegetation. The water tumble from a height of about 83 meters. After the visit and sightseeing drive back to hotel. Dinner at restaurant.

Day 06: Mauritius – Dubai

Breakfast at hotel. After breakfast check-out and proceed to Casela Nature Park. After sightseeing transfer to Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam Int’l Airport to connect flight for Dubai. On arrival at airport get inside the terminal building and complete t check-in formalities at the airline’s designated check-in counter and after completion check-in formalities and obtaining boarding pass kindly proceed for immigration counter to complete departure formalities followed by hand baggage and personal security check. After completion of all formalities, please proceed for the designated boarding gate and wait near the boarding gate for boarding announcement. After boarding announcement, to board Air Mauritius Int’l flight MK-910 from Kolkata for Dubai, leaving Port Louis at 16:20 hrs and arriving at Dubai at 22:55 hrs next day. After take-off the flight, dinner will be served on board.On arrival at airport complete check-in, immigration and security formalities and wait near the boarding gate. After the boarding announcement, board Arrive at Dubai Int’l Airport. After all formalities transfer to hotel.

After breakfast leave hotel for city orientation tour includes the Jumeirah Mosque, photo stop at Burj Al Arab – unique hotel of the world, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai Museum from inside, Dubai Marina. Later, enjoy a drive through Palm Islands and photo stop at Atlantis Hotel. Enjoy the most popular Desert Dunes Safari by a Four-Wheel drive land cruiser and the exciting Belly Dance show with dinner. After the show and dinner return to hotel.

Day 08: Dubai to Abu Dhabi to Dubai

After breakfast, proceed to Abu Dhabi for full day tour excursion to Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque – This architectural work of art is one of the world’s largest mosques, with a capacity for an astonishing 41,000 worshipers and Ferrari World Theme Park (Bronze Ticket). Drive through world’s biggest manmade Abu Dhabi Corniche, Marina Mall, Yas Island. Evening enjoy Dhow Dinner Cruise with dinner. After cruise return to hotel.

After breakfast leave for panoramic views of Dubai from 124th floor of Burj Khalifa’s “At the Top” observation deck during non-peak hours, visit The Dubai Mall’s Aquarium, officially earned the Guinness World Record for the world’s “Largest Acrylic Panel”. Visit Underwater Zoo. Enjoy free time for shopping at the Dubai Mall, Deira Gold Souk Market or at Al Fahidi Street. Later proceed to local restaurant for dinner. After dinner return to hotel.

Payment Terms & Conditions:
We would request you to kindly make the Booking & Name Registration as early as possible by paying of INR 10,000/- by an A/C payee cheque or DD in favour of “Sunshine Holidays & Leisure (P) Ltd” payable at Kolkata. Guest may also pay in Cash if desires. The balance amount of the tour packages require to be paid/cleared 30 days before the journey date.
The guest require to pay Foreign Exchange portion of the Tour Packages Cost out of his/her eligible BTQ quota as per prevailing bank rates of the day and have to pay by A/C payee cheque or DD in favour of “Sunshine Holidays & Leisure (P) Ltd” payable at Kolkata, 45 days before the journey date to enable us to process the fund for remitting to the foreign suppliers towards the land arrangements.

Final Payment for Foreign Exchange Component : 45 Days before the departure date

Tour Cancellation Policy & Rate:

If any guest cancel the tour for whatsoever the reason, then we will refund INR 25,000/- and INR 25,000/- will be retained as Cancellation Charges towards our services and processing fees.

As per policy of the hotels, Cancellation policy will be applicable for any reduction of rooms and you are kindly requested to please convey us the cancellation or change of room requirements, if any, in writing in advance. Late information will attract cancellation charges and have to be borne by you.

In case of Refusal of Visa: Cost of Cancellation Charges of Air Ticket as applicable as Terms & Condition of the airlines + Cost Documentation and UK & Schengen Visa Processing Charges (INR 20,000/-).
