Due to acute fluctuation in International Foreign Exchange Market, the rate of exchange is not getting stable and everyday there is ups and downs of rate. So if there is any further fluctuation in foreign exchange rates of US Dollar Currency or Other major currency / currencies, Tour price will be re-calculated and Offer Price might change with prior intimation. This offer is calculated on basis of Forward Contracted Selling Rate provided by the Bank and Rate of exchange is calculated is US$1=INR60. Tour Price needs to be paid in equivalent Indian Rupees against the Foreign Exchange component at the prevailing Rate of exchange by Bank on date of full payment / purchase.

Day 01: Kolkata to Bangkok | Bangkok to Mandalay

Assemble at Kolkata, Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Int’l Airport, NITB Terminal Building, 3 hours before departure of flight near Gate No: 4A. After getting inside the terminal building, to complete security check of check-in baggage at respective airlines unit and followed by check-in formalities. After completion of check-in formalities, proceed to immigration counter, then pass through customs and then complete hand baggage security check and wait near boarding gate until boarding announcement. Leave Kolkata for Myanmar via Bangkok. On arrival at Bangkok, Suvarnabhum Int’l Airport, proceed for boarding gate for onward destination after security and hand baggage check. Leave Bangkok for Mandalay. On arrival at Mandalay Int’l Airport, proceed to Immigration Counter to complete immigration formalities. After collect checked-in baggage from the conveyor belt and then clear the custom and our local representative will meet & greet at meeting point near exit gate. After boarding the coach, proceed to Mandalay City. On arrival transfer to hotel for check-in and after sightseeing of City visiting to Indian Community, Sunset at Mandalay Hill. Dinner at local restaurant. After dinner return back to hotel.

Day 02: Mandalay to Amarapura to Mandalay

Enjoy your breakfast at hotel. After breakfast drive to Amarapura and visit U‐Bein Bridge, which is 1.2km long leak bridge over the Taung Thaman Lake. Then visit to Mahagandayon Monastery, known as the biggest Buddhist learning Centre in Mandalay. Visit to the Silk Weaving workshops. Continue visit Mahamuni Pagoda. Continue visit to Marble Curving workshops and Gold Leaf Beating workshops. Lunch at local restaurant. In the afternoon, visit Kuthodaw Pagoda (also known as the Maha Lawka Marazein Pagoda). Continue to Kyaukdawgyi Pagoda. Dinner at local restaurant. After dinner return back to hotel.

Day 03: Mandalay to Bagan

Breakfast at hotel. This morning, transfer to Mandalay Domestic Airport, domestic flight from Mandalay to Bagan. From the airport, start your full day Bagan sightseeing tour with a visit to Nyaung U Local Market. Then visit to see the golden stupa of Shwezigon Pagoda. Then visit to Gubyaukgyi Temple, Wetgyi-Inn Village between Bagan and Nyaung-U. Htilominlo situated close to the road between Nyaung U and Bagan. Take photo around the temples. Lunch is at one of the local restaurants. Then check-In to your hotel. In the afternoon, then visit Nanpaya Temple, Manuha Pagoda. Then stop at Myazedi Stupa and visit Gubyaukgyi Temple. Then visit to Lacquer Ware Factory to watch craftsmen skilfully making this most famous of Bagan handicrafts. Enjoy Sunset at Shwe Sandaw Pagoda (or) Buu Pagoda. Dinner is at one of the local restaurants.

Day 04: Bagan to Heho to Inle Lake

Breakfast at hotel. This morning, transfer to Bagan Airport. Domestic flight from Bagan to Heho. Arrive at Heho Airport and down into the valley to Nyaungshwe on the edge of Inle Lake and transfer to your hotel for check-in. Then, board your own local boat and Lunch is at one of the local restaurants. Then, enjoy your Inle Lake Boat Trip. Also typical floating gardens, local methods of fishing and village life. Visit to Phaung Daw Oo Pagoda. Silk and cotton fabrics are a local specialty. Continue visit to Nga Phe Kyaung, wooden monastery on stilts over the lake. Dinner is at one of the local restaurants.

Day 05: Inle Lake to Heho to Yangon

Breakfast is at hotel. In this morning, tansfer to Heho Airport. Domestic Flight is from Heho to Yangon. Arrive Yangon and drive through the Colonial Style Buildings downtown, the Chinatown area and the Indian quarter. Enjoy your photo stop at Sule Pagoda and City Hall. Lunch is at one of the local restaurants. In the afternoon, drive around the Kandawgyi Park and pass through the Karaweik Royal Barge. Then visit to the reclining Buddha at Chauk Htat Gyi Pagoda, is almost as large as the enormous figure in Bago Shwethalyaung. Enjoy sunset at Shwedagon Pagoda, the ‘heart’ of Buddhist Myanmar. Dinner at local restaurant.

Day 06: Yangon to Bago to Khaiktiyo (Overland)

Breakfast at the hotel. Then, drive out of Yangon to the ancient capital of Bago (Pegu), about 2 hours drive northeast of Yangon. Visit Shwemawdaw Pagoda, which has a stupa, inlaid with diamonds and is Bago’s golden landmark. See Shwethalyaung Buddha, beautiful Reclining Buddha. Just outside Bago, visit Kyaikpun Pagoda with four 30-meter high Buddha figures seated back to back. From Bago, drive to the small town of Kyaikto and on to the ‘base camp’ of Kinpun. In the afternoon, take a truck up a bumpy track about half way or full way up the mountain. From here, walk up the path which climbs steeply to the legendary ‘Golden Rock’.

(The climb takes around 1 hour and those unwilling, or not fit enough, to walk can hire four porters to carry them in a sedan chair). The climb offers magnificent views over the surrounding countryside and the opportunity to make friends with the many local people who make the pilgrimage to Kyaiktiyo. The incredible ‘Golden Rock‘ sits precariously on top of the mountain, and is said to balance thanks to a precisely placed hair of Buddha. Weather permitting, sunset views from Mount Kyaiktiyo are amazing. Dinner at restaurant.

Day 07: Khakiktiyo to Yangon

Breakfast at hotel. After breakfast retrun back to Yangon from Kyaikhto enroute sightseeing in Bago. On arrival visit the Hintha Gon Paya and Mahazedi Paya. After return back to yangon On arrival dinner at local restaurant. After transfer to hotel.

Day 08: Yangon to Bangkok to Kolkata

Have breakfast at hotel. After breakfast free till check-out. After check-out, leave hotel and proceed to Yangon Int’l Airport. On arrival at Yangon Int’l Airport, complete check-in and immigration formalities followed by security check and wait in transit lounge to board the flight. Leave Yangon for Bangkok. On arrival at Bangkok, Suvarnabhum Int’l Airport, wait in the transit for boarding the next connecting flight. Leave Bangkok for Kolkata. On arrival at NSCB Int’l Airport at Kolkata, complete immigration and custom formalities, collect your baggage and return home with sweet memories.

Beverages and other meals do not indicate in the program.
Early check-in and late check-out at all hotels.
Personal expenses (laundry, telephone, shopping…).
Any additional expenses caused by reasons beyond our control such as natural calamities (typhoon, floods), flight delays, rescheduling or cancellations, any accidents, medical evacuations, riots, strikes etc.
Cost of BTQ, available up to US$ 10,000 for a calendar year which the passenger may wish to carry for their personal expenses.
Any amount charged by the airlines for deviation of the tour by the passengers on his own.
Cost of Overseas Travel Medical Insurance. (Insurance is not mandatory but we highly recommend to take to cover of it.

Validity of Offer & Period: This offer is valid from 6^th March to 13^th March 2015 for 07 Nights / 08 Days.
All necessary travel documents for processing respective Visas for visiting country or countries to be submitted within 15 days from the date of registration or 45 days prior departure date.
The Tour Price is based on 15 Adults and traveling together on board ex Kolkata.
Guest should report at least 3 hours prior to departure at airport and complete check-in formalities.
Special meals could be arranged on request in advance, subject to availability.
Free baggage allowance is 20kg checked baggage and 7 Kgs (max dim 115cms) hand baggage.
No piece system applies.
The official check-in time & check-out time in all hotels in Myanmar will be 14:00 hrs. & check-out time will be 12:00 hrs depending on the hotel policy and rules.
Additional charges for 1 day have been added for late check-out.
Extra bed in a triple room will be a foldable and rollaway bed.
Changes/cancellations permitted prior to departure with payment cancellation fee and difference in fare if applicable, depending on the sole discretion of the airlines.
Once booking is done, ticket is non refundable. For cancellation, as charges and guidelines applicable as given by the airlines.
Optional excursions and additional services could be provided for which we will charge additionally.

Kindly note that we have calculated the above costs on the basis of prevailing hotel rates, government tax/service charge, fuel prices, applicable entrance fees of the monuments, guide allowance, current exchange rate of US Dollar. If there is any revision, we will have to revise our tour costs.

Payment Terms & Conditions:

Registration Amount : Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand)

Balance Amount : Within 15 Days from the day of Booking

Final Payment for Foreign Exchange Component : 45 Days before departure

We would request you to kindly make the name registration as early as possible and make the necessary payment of Registration Amount of Rs.30,000/- per person which is not refundable, if the guest cancel the tour whatsoever the reason.

The total amount / part amount of the Tour Package require to be paid in favour of “Sunshine Holidays & Leisure Pvt. Ltd” by A/C Payee Cheque or Demand Draft payable at Kolkata, 45 days before the journey. Guest can pay in Cash if desires. The guest requires to pay Foreign Exchange portion of the Tour Packages Cost out of his/her eligible BTQ quota as per prevailing bank rates on the day of payment 30 days before the journey date. Guest may also make necessary payment in Cash.
