Rate of Foreign Exchange:
Due to acute fluctuation in International Foreign Exchange Market, the rate of exchange is not getting stable and everyday there is ups and downs of rate. So if there is any further fluctuation in foreign exchange rates of US Dollar Currency or Other major currency / currencies, Tour price will be re-calculated and Offer Price might change with prior intimation. This offer is calculated on basis of Forward Contracted Selling Rate provided by the Bank and Rate of exchange is calculated is US$1=INR60. Tour Price needs to be paid in equivalent Indian Rupees against the Foreign Exchange component at the prevailing Rate of exchange by Bank on date of full payment / purchase.

Day 01: Kolkata to Singapore

Assemble at Kolkata, Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Int’l Airport, NITB Terminal Building, 3 hours before departure of flight near Gate No: 4A. After getting inside the terminal building, to complete security check of check-in baggage at respective airlines unit and followed by check-in formalities. After completion of check-in formalities, proceed to immigration counter, then pass through customs and then complete hand baggage security check and wait near boarding gate until boarding announcement.  Leave Kolkata for Jakarta via Singapore.

Day 02: Singapore to Jakarta

On arrival at Changi Int’l Airport, Singapore, proceed for boarding gate for onward destination. Leave Singapore for Jakarta. On arrival at Soekarno-Hatta Int’l Airport at Jakarta, proceed to Immigration Counter to complete Visa-on-arrival, followed by immigration formalities. After collect checked-in baggage from the conveyor belt and then clear the customs formalities. Our local representative will meet & greet at meeting point near exit gate. After proceed for Jakarta city for sightseeing, visiting to Museum of Indonesia to see what is, perhaps, the best displayed collection of Indonesian artifices and handicrafts of the country, including 35 mannequin couples in local wedding costumes. Driving through the bustling city, stop at  Merdeka Square, National Monument, Presidential Palace and visit to National Museum (close on Monday) that is reputedly to be the finest in the South East Asia. See the world’s most complete collection of Han, Tang and Ming porcelains. Lunch at local restaurant. After Lunch, visit to Sunda Kelapa Harbor where the Portuguese traded with the Hindu Kingdom of Pajajaran in the early 16th century, after to see Dutch domination of Jakarta Old Fort and Warehouses of the Dutch East India Company. Evening 1 hour free time  at down town. Dinner at local restaurant. After dinner transfer to hotel.

Day 03: Jakarta to Bandung to Jakarta

Enjoy your breakfast at hotel. After breakfast, proceed to Bandung. On arrival at Bandung, head to the rim of Tangkuban Perahu Volcano where you can gaze into the bubbling mud and sulphur below. You will also visit the nearby Ciater Hot springs and thermal-spa. Lunch at local restaurant. After lunch, spend some time to do shopping at the textile outlet and drive back to Jakarta. Dinner at local restaurant. After dinner return back to hotel.

Day 04: Jakarta to Yogyakarta to Borobudur to Yogyakarta

Have early breakfast at hotel. After breakfast check-out hotel and proceed to Soekarno-Hatta Int’l Airport to take flight for Yogyakarta. On arrival at airport to complete check-in and security formalities, then wait in transit to board the flight. Leave Jakarta for Yogyakarta. On arrival at Adisucipto Int’l Airport at Yogyakarta, collect check-in baggage and proceed towards the exit gate. Our representative will meet and greet at the exit gate. Then we will proceed to visit to Borobudur the magnificent largest Buddhist Temple, 40 kms from Yogyakarta. Lunch at local restaurant. After sightseeing drive back to Yogyakarta. Dinner at local restaurant and after dinner transfer to hotel.

Day 05: Yogyakarta

Breakfast at hotel. After breakfast, leave hotel for sightseeing of Yogyakarta visiting to Sultan Palace, Taman Sari Water Castle Batik and Silver Handicraft. After lunch visit to Prambanan Hindu Temple. After visiting to temple, Ramayana Ballet Dance at Amphitheatre next to temple with the Prambanan temple as the backdrop.  Dinner at local restaurant. After dinner return back to hotel.

Day 06: Yogyakarta to Bali

Early breakfast at hotel. After breakfast, proceed to Adisucipto Int’l Airport to take flight for Denpasar. On arrival to complete check-in and security formalities and wait in transit hall to board the flight. Leave Yogyakarta for Bali. On arrival at Ngurah Rai Int’l Airport at Bali, collect check-in baggage and proceed towards the exit gate. Our representative will meet and greet near the exit gate. Lunch at local restaurant. After lunch, proceed to Blue Point Beach followed by a breathtaking view of sunset (Subject to clear weather) from the Cliff next to Uluwatu Temple. You can also enjoy the Kecak Dance Performance. After sightseeing, you will be transfer to the hotel for check-in. Have dinner at local restaurant.

Day 07: Bali to Barong to Kintamani

Early breakfast at hotel. After breakfast, proceed to Batubulan Village and enjoy the Barong and Kris Dance. After that proceed to Celuk Village and see the artisans working on gold and silver artifacts. We can visit the Tegenungan Water Falls followed by visit to Wood Carving centre at Kemenuh Village. Later proceed to Kintamani. You will see Batur Volcano and Lake, Have lunch at local restaurant overlooking the majestic volcano. On your way back, visit the Tampak Siring / Tirta Empul Temple. Dinner at local restaurant on the way back to hotel.

Day 08: Bali to Bedugul to Tanah Lot to Bali

Have breakfast at hotel. After breakfast, proceed to Taman Ayun Temple, Rice Terraces and enjoy your lunch overlooking the beautiful and serene view of the rice fields. Later, proceed to the traditional market where you can sample to local fruits and fresh delicacies. Then proceed to Bedugul. On arrival at Bedugul, visit the Beratan Lake and the Ulun Danu Temple. After that we will proceed to Tanah Lot and enjoy the Sunset from the beautiful Temple. After sightseeing, we will return back to your hotel. Dinner at local restaurant.

Day 09: Denpasar (Bali) to Singapore to Kolkata

Have breakfast at hotel. After breakfast free till check-out. After check-out, leave hotel and proceed to Ngurah Rai Int’l Airport. On arrival at Ngurah Rai Int’l Airport, complete check-in and immigration formalities followed by security check and wait in transit lounge to board the flight. Leave Denpasar for Singapore. On arrival at Changi Int’l Airport at Singapore, wait in the transit for boarding the next connecting flight. Leave Singapore for Kolkata. On arrival at NSCB Int’l Airport at Kolkata, complete immigration and custom formalities, collect your baggage and return home with sweet memories.

  • Any additional expenses caused by reasons beyond our control such as natural calamities (typhoon, floods), flight delays, rescheduling or cancellations, any accidents, medical evacuations, riots, strikes etc.
  • Cost of BTQ, available up to US$ 10,000 for a calendar year which the passenger may wish to carry for their personal expenses.
  • Any amount charged by the airlines for deviation of the tour by the passengers on his own.
  • Cost of Overseas Travel Medical Insurance. (Insurance is not mandatory but we highly recommend to take to cover of it.
  • All necessary travel documents for processing respective Visas for visiting country or countries to be submitted within 15 days from the date of registration or 30 days prior departure date.
  • The Tour Price is based on 10 Adults and traveling together on board ex Kolkata.
  • Guest should report at least 3 hours prior to departure at airport and complete check-in formalities.
  • Special meals could be arranged on request in advance, subject to availability.
  • Free baggage allowance is 20kg checked baggage and 7 Kgs (max dim 115cms) hand baggage.
  • No piece system applies.
  • The official check-in time & check-out time in all hotels in Hong Kong will be 15:00 hrs. & check-out time will be 11:00 hrs depending on the hotel policy and rules.
  • Additional charges for 1 day have been added for late check-out.
  • Extra bed in a triple room will be a foldable and rollaway bed.
  • Changes/cancellations permitted prior to departure with payment cancellation fee and difference in fare if applicable, depending on the sole discretion of the airlines.
  • Once booking is done, ticket is non refundable. For cancellation, as charges and guidelines applicable as given by the airlines.
  • Optional excursions and additional services could be provided for which we will charge additionally.

Payment Terms & Conditions:

Registration Amount : Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand)

Balance Amount : Within 15 Days from the day of Booking

Final Payment for Foreign Exchange Component : 30 Days before departure

We would request you to kindly make the name registration as early as possible and make the necessary payment of Registration Amount of Rs.30,000/- per person which is not refundable, if the guest cancel the tour whatsoever the reason.

The total amount / part amount of the Tour Package require to be paid in favour of “Sunshine Holidays & Leisure Pvt. Ltd” by A/C Payee Cheque or Demand Draft payable at Kolkata, 30 days before the journey. Guest can pay in Cash if desires. The guest requires to pay Foreign Exchange portion of the Tour Packages Cost out of his/her eligible BTQ quota as per prevailing bank rates on the day of payment 30 days before the journey date. Guest may also make necessary payment in Cash.

Tour Cancellation Policy & Rate:

  • 30 Days before departure : Registration Amount of Rs.30,000/-
  • 29 Days ~ 15 Days before departure : 50% of the Tour Price
  • 14 Days ~ 04 Days before departure : 75% of the Tour Price
  • 03 days ~ Day of departure : 100% of the Tour price
  • No Show : 100% of the Tour price
