While exercising with best possible care and attention, neither this Company nor any person affiliated with it, is responsible or liable for any kind of Loss, Thefts, Injuries, Damage, Loss of Passport, Loss of Currencies or Traveller’s Cheques and Other Valuables items. Also any kind of delays in any nature, Public Disturbances, Strikes, Wars, Riots, Cyclone, Typhoon, Storm, Flood, Tsunami, Bandh and Terrorist Attack cannot be held responsible and liable directly or indirectly. Further for delay whether or not caused by an act or acts of any default of the Company or such persons affiliated with it which may happens during the tour and accept no responsibility for loss or additional expenses due to delays or changes in schedule or other services. Such loss or expenses shall be borne by passengers. However, we assure you of our best possible action and alternate arrangements at such hour to avoid the inconveniences to the valued clients.

Visa application & Related supporting documents:

The necessary travel and financial documents for processing the respective Visas of visiting countries to be submitted at least 30 days prior departure date for submitting valid Visa Application Form to the respective Embassies or Consulates; Kindly note that the following documents will be required and mentioned as references. Visa information p[provided in separate sheet.  After submitting the Visa application, Visa Officer will check the visa application and after assessing the respective application, will take decision whether Visa will be granted or refused.

Day 01: Kolkata to New Delhi

22.09.2017

Assemble at departure hall of Kolkata, Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Int’l Airport, New Terminal Building, 3 hours before departure of flight enter through Gate No: 4A. After getting inside the terminal building, to complete security check of Check-in baggage followed by check-in formalities at designated counter. After completion all formalities, proceed for security check of hand baggage and physical check and wait near boarding gate for boarding announcement. After boarding announcement board the flight for Osaka via New Delhi. Leave Kolkata for New Delhi. After take-off refreshment will be served on board. On arrival at New Delhi, Indira Gandhi Int’l Airport, to report at immigration counter to complete the formalities, pass through customs area followed by security check of hand baggage and physical check and wait near boarding gate at departure hall for boarding announcement. After boarding announcement, board the flight for Osaka. Leave New Delhi for Osaka (Kansai). After take-off dinner will be served on board.

Day 02: New Delhi to Osaka (Kansai)

On arrival at Kansai Int’l Airport at Osaka, to proceed towards Immigration Counter to complete formalities and after pick-up the checked-in baggage from the conveyor belt, proceed towards customs green channel counters, if you have nothing to declare. Our representative will meet the members after the custom area at arrival hall and then transfer to Osaka City. On arrival at Osaka, transfer to hotel and after completing check-in formalities and after freshen-up, leave hotel for sightseeing of Osaka Castle. Osaka Castle was founded in 16th century by Hideyoshi Toyotomi, a remarkable Shogunate in the Sengoku period, and is known as the symbol of his power. On arrival at Osaka Castle a walk tour of the Castle and surroundings including Time Capsule, created during Expo-70. After the visit to Osaka Castle, transfer to Dotonbori area in South of Osaka, a remarkable place for its neon lights and shopping arcades, then to Umeda Sky Building and Floating Garden Observatory – is the eighteenth-tallest building in Osaka and one of the city’s most recognizable landmarks. It consists of two 40-story towers that connect at their two uppermost stories with bridges and an escalator crossing the wide atrium-like space in the center, Osaka Station area. After sightseeing, proceed for dinner in Osaka. After dinner, return back to hotel.

Day 03: Osaka to Kyoto to Osaka

Buffet breakfast at hotel. After breakfast leave hotel for sightseeing of Kyoto. On arrival at Kyoto, orientation tour of Kyoto visiting to Nijo Castle, Kinkakuji Golden Temple, Kyomizu-Dera Temple, Fushimi Inari Temple. After sightseeing short break for lunch in nearest food court. After all visits and sightseeing, leave Kyoto and return back to Osaka. On arrival at Osaka, transfer to hotel. Dinner at local restaurant.

Day 04: Osaka to Nara to Osaka

Buffet breakfast at hotel. After breakfast leave for Nara. On arrival at Nara, proceed for sightseeing of The Great Buddha (Daibutsusan) at Todaiji Temple, Walk upto Kasuga Taisha Shrine (Outside), Nara Deer Park, Photo stop at Kofuji Temple and then to proceed to Tenri City to visit the Main Sanctuary of Tenrikyo, one of the largest shrines in Japan. After sightseeing, proceed for buffet dinner in Osaka. After dinner, transfer to hotel. On arrival at hotel, we will check-in.

Day 05: Osaka to Hiroshima to Miyajima to Hiroshima to Fukuoka

Buffet breakfast at hotel. After breakfast proceed to Shin Osaka Station and on arrival to proceed towards the designated platform to board the Bullet Train for Hiroshima. Leave Shin-Osaka for Hiroshima. On arrival at Hiroshima visit Hiroshima Atom Bomb Peace Park, Atom Bomb Dome Side, Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park, Peace Memorial Museum. After the visits and sightseeing, transfer to Hiroshima Station to proceed for Miyajima Island. On arrival at Miyajima Island, walk tour of Miyajima visit to Itsukushima Jingu Shrine, Great Torii. After sightseeing return back to board the Ferry for Hiroshima. After returning back to Hiroshima Station take Bullet Train for , proceed to Hakata (Fukuoka). On arrival at Hakata Station transfer to hotel. After freshen-up transfer to restaurant for dinner. After dinner transfer back to hotel.

Day 06: Fukuoka (Hakata) to Nagasaki to Hakata

Early breakfast at hotel. After breakfast leave Hakata for Nagasaki by super-fast train. On arrival at Nagasaki Station, sightseeing of Nagasaki visiting to Atom Bomb Epi Center, Peace Park, Atom Bomb Museum and after drive around the city and port area. After sightseeing return back to Nagasaki Station and then board the return train for Hakata. On arrival at Hakata Station, transfer to hotel. Dinner at Indian Restaurant. After dinner return back to hotel.

Day 07: Fukuoka (Hakata) to Tokyo

Buffet breakfast at hotel. After breakfast check-out and proceed to Hakata station to take Bullet Train for Tokyo. On arrival at Tokyo Station, transfer to hotel. On arrival at hotel, to complete check-in formalities and rest of the time free. Dinner at local restaurant.

Day 08: Tokyo to Kamakura to Tokyo

Buffet breakfast at hotel. After breakfast leave hotel for sightseeing of Tokyo, visiting to Tsukiji Honganji Temple, outward courtyard of Imperial Palace (Kokyomae), Drive through main street of Tokyo, Yasukuni Temple complex, Asakusa Kannon Temple & Nakamise Shopping Arcade, Take a photo chance of Sky Tree Tower (634 Meters height), visit to Tokyo Tower 1st stage (333 meters) and short cruise on River Sumida. After sightseeing, proceed for dinner at local restaurant. After dinner return back to hotel.

Day 09: Tokyo to Mt. Fuji to Hakone to Cruise on Lake Ashi to Tokyo

Buffet breakfast at hotel. After breakfast leave hotel by coach for visiting to Mt. Fuji. After reaching at base station, proceed to 5th station level to enjoy the glimpse of Mt. Fuji (Subject to clear, sunny weather and safe road conditions). On arrival 5th Station, visit to Komitake Shrine and free time to explore the surrounding place. After the visit, return back to city, take a short break for lunch in nearest food court and then proceed to Hakone. On arrival at Hakone, enjoy the ride on a Cruise on Lake Ashi. After the sightseeing we will return to Tokyo. On arrival at Tokyo, transfer to local restaurant for dinner. After dinner return back to hotel.

Day 10: Tokyo (Narita) to Kolkata

Early buffet breakfast at hotel. After breakfast, check-out and leave hotel for Narita Int’l Airport. On arrival at Narita Int’l Airport, complete check-in, followed by security formalities, then complete immigration and then proceed towards the boarding gate and wait for boarding announcement. After the boarding announcement, board the flight for New Delhi. Leave Tokyo for New Delhi. After take-off meals will be served on board. On arrival at Indira Gandhi Int’l Airport, proceed to complete hand baggage check and security formalities, then wait near the boarding gate. After the boarding announcement, board flight for Kolkata. After take-off dinner will be served on board. On arrival at Kolkata, after Immigration proceed to pick-up checked-in baggage from carrousel and then walk through Customs area and leave airport for home with sweet memories of the tour.

TOUR PRICE EXCLUDES:

Goods & Service Tax (GST) @ 9% on the total tour price.
Daily lunch is not included in the tour plan, but will take a comfort break in convenient place to buy food, drinks and meals at a reasonable and affordable price.
Beverages and other meals do not indicate in the tour program
Early check-in and late check-out at all hotels
Personal expenses (laundry, telephone, shopping…)
Any additional expenses caused by reasons beyond our control such as natural calamities (typhoon, floods), flight delays, rescheduling or cancellations, any accidents, medical evacuations, riots, strikes, terrorist attacks.
Any services not mentioned in the “Tour Price Includes”
Cost of Basic Travel Quota (BTQ) as per direction by the Reserve Bank of India, available up to US$ 10,000 in a calendar year which the passenger may wish to carry for their personal expenses.
Any amount charged by the airlines for deviation of the tour by the passengers on his own.
Cost of Overseas Travel Medical Insurance), (Insurance is not mandatory, but we highly recommend to take cover of it)

Tour Price or Tour Package is based on a group size of minimum 16 Adults and traveling together on board from Kolkata.
If the strength of the group decreases below 16 Adults, then after re- costing of the Tour prices, the modified Tour price will be initiated to the guests for their kind information.
This package is valid from 22nd September to 1st October 2017 for 8 Hotel Nights / 10 Days including flying time.
This offer is designed as per existing Rules & Regulations and Guidelines given by Government of India.
All the terms & conditions shall be valid and binding on the parties hereto.
Tour Itinerary or Tour Price is subject to change due to increase or decrease of Cost of Air Fare, Visa Charges & fluctuation in Foreign Exchange Rates at the time of final payment.
Tour Price needs to be paid in equivalent Indian Rupees against the Foreign Exchange Portion at the prevailing Rate of Exchange provided by designated bank on the payment date.
This offer is calculated on basis of Bank Rate as on 26.04.2017 and Rate of Exchange is calculated as JPY100=INR 60.
The official check-in time & check-out time at all Hotels will be 15:00 noon.
All guests need to take care of their belongings; we are not responsible for any loss, damages of bag and valuables during the tour.
Tour schedule must be maintained by the all group members for all the time.
Day by day activities might change depending on the local situation beyond control.
Airlines allow free baggage allowance for check-in baggage to each passenger as mentioned in the air ticket and 7kgs (max dim 115cms) hand baggage.
No piece system applies.
Once booking is done and ticket is issued, then Changes or Cancellations permitted prior to departure with payment of cancellation fee and difference in fare if applicable depending on Airlines Rules. Sometimes, after issuing the ticket, Airlines do not allow refunds as per their rules and conditions of the tickets.

Payment Terms & Conditions:

We would request you to kindly make the Booking & Name Registration as early as possible by paying of INR 40,000/- (Rupees Forty Thousand) by An A/C payee cheque or DD in favour of “Sunshine Holidays & Leisure (P) Ltd” payable at Kolkata. Guest may also pay in Cash if desires. The balance amount of the tour packages must be cleared and settled 40 days before the journey.
The guest require to pay Foreign Exchange portion in Indian Currency of the Tour Packages out of his/her eligible Basic Travel Quota (BTQ) as per prevailing bank rates of the day at the time Final Payment before 40 days before the journey date.
Booking & Name Registration Amount : INR 40,000/- (Rupees Forty Thousand)
Balance Amount : 40 Days before the journey date
Final Payment for Foreign Exchange Component : 40 Days before the departure date

Tour Cancellation Policy & Rate:

If any guest cancel the tour for whatsoever the reason, then we will refund INR 20,000/- and INR 10,000/- will be retained as Cancellation Charges towards our services and processing fees.
As per policy of the hotels, Cancellation policy will be applicable for any reduction of rooms and you are kindly requested to please convey us the cancellation or change of room requirements, if any, in writing in advance. Late information will attract cancellation charges and have to be borne by you.
In case of Refusal of Visa: Cost of Cancellation Charges of Air Ticket as applicable as Terms & Condition of the airlines + Cost Documentation and Visa Processing Charges (INR 2500/-).
